iPhone SE 2

One of the most anticipated iPhone, the iPhone SE 2 or iPhone 9 is expected to launch today. This phone was said to be released on March 31st this year but because of the ongoing pandemic, the event has been canceled. The first-gen iPhone SE earned some good responses from the public.

Even though this phone is not meant for high-performance usage, it did a pretty good job of what it was meant to be, which is to smoothly run fundamental tasks like phone calls, messaging, browsing, social media and so on.

This all-new iPhone SE 2 or iPhone 9 (as some rumors suggest) is confirmed to have equipped the Apple’s powerful A13 Bionic chipset out of the box. And it is also confirmed that this phone will run on the latest iOS 13.4.

This phone is said to have a palm-friendly 4.7-inch Liquid Retina display in other words IPS LCD.

It comes out with 3GB of RAM with three different storage capacity variants which are 64GB, 128GB and 256GB of high-speed NVMe storage. This is by far the highest number of storage capable budget iPhone.

This phone is said to have the same look as the iPhone 8 which had glass finish on both sides of the phone and aluminum frame on the sides.

Even though this is a glass sandwich phone unlike its predecessor, there won’t be the option of wireless charging on this phone. Apart from that this phone is certified for IP67 dust and water-resistant.

When it comes to the camera, it is just a single camera setup on both sides with a normal 12MP rear camera which can shoot 4K video at 30fps and 1080p video at 60fps. And it rocks a 7MP selfie camera.
There is no information about the battery capacity of this phone and the presence of a headphone jack. But it will have a fingerprint sensor with TouchID embedded on it just like iPhone 8.

It is said to be launched in three colors which are Grey, Silver, and Gold. There is no rigid information on the price as well but it is expected to be priced around 370 euros which are around 30,000 in Indian Rupees. As they company has already announced that this phone will be produced in India, the price might be even cheaper than other countries.
