Xiaomi has officially announced the lite version of Mi Note 10, Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite. Mi Note 10 was well received in the smartphone market just because of its 108MP camera. The new lite version is also similar to its predecessor, but with slight modifications in the specifications and price as well.
The new Xiaomi Mi Note 10 equips the same processor, Snapdragon 730G, as its predecessor Mi Note 10 and 10 Pro. The display also reminds the 6.47 inch AMOLED screen with an edge. It is made up of Gorilla Glass 5 and supports HDR10 contents.
Unlike its predecessor, the lite version has a quad-camera setup with a 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor as a primary camera instead of the 108MP Samsung lens. The other lenses are 8MP Ultra-wide angle lens, 2MP Macro lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. The pattern of the camera setup in this phone is similar to the Samsung Galaxy S20.
It runs on MIUI 11 on top of Android 10 out of the box. One of the most important points about this phone is that it has a whopping 5250mAh battery which can be charged at 30W and it has a 3.5mm headphone jack. Having a headphone jack onboard has become very rare these days.
General impressions about this smartphone are pretty normal as it is almost the same as the previous phones from Xiaomi but when we take price into consideration, this phone is a goal scorer as it is expected to be much cheaper than its predecessor..
Even though the company claims this phone as a lite version of the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 , we don’t think there’s any major difference among all these three smartphones. It is so obvious that the company is trying to make a product mix in order to compensate for the investment made on these mid-range concepts.
On the whole, Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite would be suggested for buying to the people who are still interested in the Mi Note 10 as all these phones perform the same at different price points.
