Samsung released The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 along with Note 9 on August 24 this year. Now, after a long wait, it is launched in Gurugram for Indian users today. The Tab S4 is interesting in many ways. Starting from its display to battery it packs up a lot of cool stuff.

Display:

10.5 inch screen on Samsung Tab S4

The Samsung Tab S4 comes with a massive 10.5 inch Super AMOLED display. A screen that big with such clear display is not what you see usually. This is a perfect companion in every aspect. Including an S pen with this makes it, even more, easier to get things done. It’s a clever option to Opt this device with the S pen.

Battery:

This is where things get even better. This device is loaded up with a huge 7300 mAh lithium polymer battery. Who cares about charging the device often if they have a Tab with such a massive battery. It can literally survive 2 days on a single charge. No doubt.

Other Features:

Apart from the display and battery things, this device contains even cooler things like Dolby-Atmos speakers which tuned by Harmann & Kardon and their sound partner AKG.

Yes, this device also has cameras. An 8-megapixel rear camera with Auto-Focus sensor which can capture 4K videos on 30 frames per second. And a standard 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

It has Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity which allows the user to connect 2 speakers even at a longer range. Movie watching problems are not a thing now with huge clear screen and numerous speakers.

The most interesting part of this is the first Samsung tablet to connect with Samsung DeX. As Samsung says, with this device you can, ”Get the productivity of a PC with a mobility of a tablet”.

Just like Note 9 this device has the Samsung Knox security feature enabled which is said to be the defence-grade protection for your device.

Apart from all these, the common specs of this device are 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage, Android 8.0 out of the box skinned with Samsung Experience UX. This tablet comes with Snapdragon 835 SoC with Adreno 540 GPU on 2.35 GHz Octa-core processor.

Price:

This device is launched in India today. It is priced 57,900 INR. Right now only the 64GB variant is released in India but there are no announcements about the 6GB RAM with 256GB variant.

This device will be something like a Note 9 in a bigger size. Stay tuned for an in-depth review.
